COLLATERAL SYSTEM 06 / 12
Price sheets
A partner price sheet generated from a spreadsheet, not typed into a layout.
Line items, codes, and prices come from one data file. The layout is a template. Nobody retypes a price, so nobody mistypes one.
THE OUTPUT / GENERATED FOR APEX INSTRUMENTS
What it makes.
Two Letter pages of tables and terms, plus the CSV that generated them.

Apex Instruments, Northlight Group, and every name, price, and contact in these files are fictional demo data. The real versions of this system run inside client systems and are not shown.
THE MECHANISM / SHOW THE SHAPE, NOT THE SOURCE
How it is made.
- 01Ask
Name the partner and the effective date. The discount rule comes from the partner record.
- 02Recipe
The price-sheet skill fixes section order, column set, and the terms page.
- 03Assemble
Tables are generated row by row from the data file; partner prices are computed, never typed.
- 04Check
Every printed price is recomputed from the data and compared. Currency formatting and code patterns are validated.
- 05Ship
Co-branded and list-price PDFs plus the data file that produced them.
WHAT IT READS
- Price data (CSV or sheet)
- Partner discount rule
- Terms text
- Brand tokens
WHAT IT CHECKS BEFORE IT SHIPS
- Every printed price matches the data file
- Partner savings computed from the rule, not typed
- Codes follow the SKU pattern
- Effective date on every page
Counts only. Client and partner names, source files, and internal wording stay private. Every example on this page was regenerated for the fictional company rather than de-branded from client work.
