A partner price sheet generated from a spreadsheet, not typed into a layout.

Line items, codes, and prices come from one data file. The layout is a template. Nobody retypes a price, so nobody mistypes one.

Apex Instruments, Northlight Group, and every name, price, and contact in these files are fictional demo data. The real versions of this system run inside client systems and are not shown.

How it is made.

What a skill is
  1. 01Ask

    Name the partner and the effective date. The discount rule comes from the partner record.

  2. 02Recipe

    The price-sheet skill fixes section order, column set, and the terms page.

  3. 03Assemble

    Tables are generated row by row from the data file; partner prices are computed, never typed.

  4. 04Check

    Every printed price is recomputed from the data and compared. Currency formatting and code patterns are validated.

  5. 05Ship

    Co-branded and list-price PDFs plus the data file that produced them.
