SaaS, healthcare, hospitality and manufacturing. Every role ended up being the same job: find the thing everyone is doing by hand, and build the system that stops it.

The Arc
Six of those years in one discipline, four generations of tooling.
The tools got smarter every generation. The job never changed: find the thing everyone does by hand, build the system that stops it, and get people to actually use it.
2020 to 2021
Automation workflows
B2B software: inbound funnels built around white papers, webinars and technical content, selling into technical buyers.
2021 to 2022
Data-run fundraising
Healthcare: multi-channel donor campaigns for not-for-profit hospitals, where every campaign funded a real project rather than a metric.
2023 to 2025
Predictive dashboards and AI pricing
Hospitality: a self-built predictive sales dashboard across ten locations, and an AI pricing engine with humans in the loop making real menu decisions.
2025 to present
Company brains
Manufacturing: the internal company brain, designed and built solo, run as a production AI function and used daily by 100+ people.
Roles
Work history
Director of Marketing & AI Implementation
Spectrum Killian
Mar 2025 to present
A dental contract manufacturer running 16+ labs across multiple brands. I joined as the entire marketing department and built the function from nothing, then built the AI function that grew out of it. Owning both is why the AI got pointed at work the company was already paying for. That is the purpose layer, and skipping it is how a pilot stays a pilot.
Lead the company AI division, a function that did not exist until I created the need for it. Four people, plus a weekly company-wide AI standup. The standup is the boring part, and it is the reason the system stays on people’s calendars instead of in a folder nobody opens.
Designed and built the internal company brain solo, starting June 2025. Now used daily by 100+ people, has produced 1,000+ pieces of collateral, and I have personally onboarded and trained 20+ people on it. The 5,289 files inside it hold the company's own decisions, and that is the part no vendor can sell you.
Architected the first modern marketing function on a $600K budget, contributing to roughly 25% year-over-year revenue growth.
Built onboarding ecosystems and pricing structures supporting $10M+ in DSO revenue activation with two national partners.
Directed a full rebrand across 16+ manufacturing labs: website, visual identity, and messaging.
VP of Sales & Marketing
LOVE Restaurant Group
Feb 2023 to Mar 2025
Hired as Marketing and Communications Manager, promoted to Director inside seven months as the early work started moving numbers, then to VP.
Oversaw a $32M portfolio across multiple markets at 15% year-over-year growth.
Built a B2B catering engine that added $3.5M in new revenue.
Managed a $1.12M marketing budget. The PPC strategy produced a 25% lift in online sales at 4:1 ROAS.
Led a six-person field marketing team, driving 20% revenue growth and roughly 70% retention in key accounts.
Co-authored a growth strategy that modeled marketing adoption like viral transmission, using AI tooling to design campaigns that spread predictably across markets.
Built the operating systems under the numbers: a self-built predictive sales dashboard across ten locations, and an AI pricing engine with humans in the loop making real menu decisions.
Implemented the CRM end to end on HubSpot: migration, integrations, pipelines, automation workflows, and SOPs, personally training 20+ people in an organization of 1,500+ employees.
Marketing & Communications Manager
BayCare Health System, Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation
Jun 2021 to Oct 2022

Co-managed a $2.5M marketing budget.
Led multi-channel donor campaigns contributing to a record $16M fundraising year.
Delivered a 25% increase in engagement and supported major gift proposals for capital projects and specialized patient programs.
Marketing Specialist
Checkpoint Technologies
Mar 2020 to Jun 2021
Enterprise B2B for a quality assurance and testing provider, selling into technical buyers where credibility mattered more than creative.
Reduced cost per lead 15% while increasing qualified leads 30%.
Built inbound funnels around white papers, webinars and technical content, lifting brand visibility roughly 40%.
Helped secure eight new enterprise clients.

Beyond the timeline
Co-founder, ProFreshional Marketing. A subsidiary agency built to serve a franchise network and outside partners. It ended because it worked: enough franchisees were about to hire us that the parent brand pulled marketing in-house.
Certifications. Prompt Engineering (Vanderbilt), Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing and Content Marketing (HubSpot).
The honest note on those: the systems on this site are a better credential than any certificate in that line, which is why they get the pages and this gets a sentence.
Capability
What I actually do
AI systems
Context architecture, routing, trust hierarchies, refusal-based guardrails, agent orchestration, evaluation and acceptance testing. I build with LLMs. I do not build the underlying models.
Enablement
Onboarding, training, documentation generated from observed confusion, and the change management that gets a system adopted.
Build and ship
Node build systems, static site generation, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub-connected deploys, CI quality gates, Next.js, React Native.
Brand and design
Full brand systems with measured contrast, token architectures, pattern libraries, and the collateral that runs on them.
Growth
Positioning, messaging, paid and organic acquisition, CRM architecture, partner and channel programs, pricing structures.
Leadership
Building a function from nothing, running a cross-functional team, and being the person other departments come to.
Key Achievements
The numbers.
Every one of these is a number I would defend in a room.
100+ daily users of a company brain I designed and built solo, with 1,000+ pieces of collateral produced and 20+ people personally trained
Four production AI systems across four businesses, the last three deployed in under 60 days
A client’s three-person team performing the function of a fifteen-person team, saving $1,000+ per month
$10M+ partner revenue activation and roughly 25% YoY growth at a 16-lab manufacturer
$3.5M new catering revenue and a $32M portfolio at 15% growth in hospitality. A record $16M fundraising year in healthcare
Founded FreeBrandTools.com: 22 branded business tools, fully specified before any code existed
The Throughline
Most AI experts know how AI works. I know how to make AI work inside an actual company.
