COLLATERAL SYSTEM 03 / 12

Onboarding guides

A "what we need from you" guide that customers actually follow.

The guide explains what to send, why it matters, and what happens next. A partner-neutral master produces every co-branded version.

THE MECHANISM / SHOW THE SHAPE, NOT THE SOURCE

How it is made.

What a skill is
  1. 01Ask

The request names the audience and whether a partner co-brand applies.

  2. 02Recipe

The guide skill fixes the page order: promise and contents, before-first-order checklist, what-to-send table, how we respond.

  3. 03Assemble

Checklists and tables are generated from the requirements list so the guide never drifts from the real process.

  4. 04Check

A facts gate compares every requirement in the guide to the source list. Extra or missing items block the build.

  5. 05Ship

PDF for print, HTML for the portal, and a tear-off quick reference that fits the bottom of the last page.

WHAT IT READS

  • Intake requirements list
  • Common-mistakes log
  • Contact and hours table
  • Brand tokens

WHAT IT CHECKS BEFORE IT SHIPS

  • Every requirement traces to the source list
  • Contact table matches the directory
  • Four pages, no orphan headings
  • Co-brand appears on the cover only
In production: 27 guide files from one partner-neutral master, each partner version generated rather than edited.

Counts only. Client and partner names, source files, and internal wording stay private. Every example on this page was regenerated for the fictional company rather than de-branded from client work.
