CAPABILITY 12 / 30

One brief, a whole campaign kit

Flyer, terms, email, social, landing section, and checklist, all generated from the same brief.

IN PRODUCTION

This runs in client systems today. The sample below was regenerated for a fictional company.

The failure mode in campaigns is not ugly work, it is a flyer that says one date and an email that says another. Generating every piece from one brief makes that impossible, and a consistency check proves it by reading the finished pieces back.

The mechanism is the production one. The company, the catalogue, and every figure are fictional.

THE MECHANISM / SHOW THE SHAPE, NOT THE SOURCE

How it works.

What a skill is
  1. 01Write the brief

Offer, dates, audiences, channels, and the claims that may not be made.

  2. 02Generate the kit

Every piece is built from that one record.

  3. 03Check across pieces

A checker reads the finished files and compares the offer, the dates, the codes, and the figures.

  4. 04Proof the print

Print pieces are proofed as rendered pages, because a screen effect can print as a smear.

  5. 05Ship together

The kit goes out as one thing, with a checklist naming the owner of each step.

WHAT IT READS

  • The campaign brief as data
  • The offer terms and the claims that are forbidden
  • The tracking code scheme
  • The approved templates for each channel

WHAT IT CHECKS BEFORE IT SHIPS

  • Every piece carries the same offer and dates
  • No piece makes a claim the brief forbids
  • The tracking code is identical everywhere it appears
  • Print pieces are checked as printed, not as designed
In production: campaign kits for promotions, first-order offers, and rebates in both company systems.

The mechanism runs inside client systems. Everything on this page was regenerated for Apex Instruments, a company that does not exist. Client names, source files, and internal wording stay private.
