L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group

Field marketing at scale

A restaurant group with ten locations and a food truck needed every store to market itself the same way, without a marketing person in every store.

Field marketing at scale, the lead document

MY ROLE & CONTRIBUTION

What I built.

As VP of Sales and Marketing I wrote the systems the stores ran on: a printed Local Store Marketing playbook for 1,500 employees, a direct sales program with an order guide, rep guidelines and weekly KPIs, and campaign kits for fundraising, sponsorships, catering and seasonal promotions. Fundraiser nights went from select days to seven days a week. Catering moved from a passive channel to structured outreach, and catering orders rose 40%. The same instinct, that a standard only holds if it is written into the tool people actually use, later became the Company OS.

$3.5M in new B2B catering revenue

Reported in the career record for the L.O.V.E. role. The 40% increase in catering orders is from the direct sales program's own record. Every document is published as the stores received it.
