Welcome. This library is the company's shared brain: one governed place that holds what's true, how we sound, and what's approved — wired so the AI you talk to reads it before it writes a single word.
What that means in practice
- Ask anything. Answers come back sourced from the library, never from guesswork. If the library doesn't know, you get "unknown" and the question gets filed — which is a feature, not a failure.
- Ask for work. A letter, a page, a deck — it drafts from approved templates in our voice, saves to your Work Zone, and routes to approval.
- Trust the gates. Everything is scanned before handover, and nothing ships to the outside world until a human promotes it.

- Say what the deliverable is for and who will read it.
- Paste anything relevant — the brain files sources properly.
- If the answer needs a number, expect a source with it. No source, no number.
Your work lands in 05 Work Zone/<your name>/. Moving a file to Send for Approval is the whole workflow — the folder position is the status.
